Introduction to Early Help E-learning Course

A new free 'Introduction to Early Help' course is now available on Moodle.

It is essential for everyone who works with children and young people to ensure they understand their role in delivering effective Early Help.  

This virtual introductory training course covers the key principles of Early Help.

By the end of this course you will:

  • Recognise why Early Help is important
  • Understand what Early Help is and how Early Help supports families
  • Be aware of our collective responsibilities for delivering Early Help
  • Recognise when to offer Early Help to families
  • Understand the Early Help process
  • Be confident signposting children, families and young people to the right service, at the right time
  • Be able to complete an Early Help Assessment
