Reminders
All settings should be using the Provider Portal to submit headcounts.
Training can be provided if required.
If the headcount is not sent securely, this could cause a GDPR data breach.
Manual forms
An admin charge will be introduced from the autumn term for those providers sending in manual headcount forms. Manual forms can result in delays in payment and errors. Any delays/errors will not be corrected between payment dates and will be amended on the next planned payment run.
