Being outside in the natural daylight and fresh air can be great for our mental health and well-being! That's why the Healthy Families Team have gathered the outdoor activity suggestions below to tempt us all into wrapping up and getting outside more this winter.

Visit with children (even those in a pram). Parkrun is a free weekly organised event at Leverhulme Park, Saturday morning at 9:00am. You can walk or run. It's not a race, it's the getting out that counts, no matter your ability, just put your trainers on and go.
