Do you have an ASQ pack on the shelf but don't have anyone trained to use it? Book a place on one of the dates above, bring your pack and find out how to use this valuable parent-led assessment tool which is used by Public Health Nurses as part of the Healthy Child Programme.
An ASQ resource pack will be given to Bolton early years providers that do not already have a copy according to Start Well records.
ASQ Parent Communication Tools
For those providers already successfully using ASQ in setting, take a look at the useful range of free communication materials which are designed by ASQ to help you with your screening practice.
The resources complement the ASQ-3 and the ASQ:2-SE and are free to download from the ASQ website. You'll find a checklist, welcome letters, consent forms, screening instructions and more. You can even add your own company logo and contact details to the templates. See links below.
