GMCA Recruitment and retention project
The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is undertaking some research into Greater Manchester’s Early Childhood Education (ECE) workforce. As part of the research, the GMCA is looking for participants to get involved with a focus group to explore key issues around recruitment and retention.
The GMCA is running the focus groups at two dates/times – see below. Focus groups will be held online, via Microsoft Teams.
- Session one: 10:00-11:30, Tuesday 15th November
- Session two: 17:00-18:30, Wednesday 16th November.
If you are an owner and/or manager of an Early Years setting and would be interested in taking part, please read this information sheet and get in touch with Laura Knight, GMCA School Readiness Project Officer via laura.knight@greatermanchester-ca.gov.uk. In your email, please indicate your preferred time slot from the above options and also provide a brief introduction to yourself (e.g. your job role, your setting, which area of Greater Manchester you are based in).
