Everyone at Bolton Start Well is deeply saddened by the news of the passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.
Our late Sovereign was our longest-reigning Monarch and gave a lifetime of service to the people of the country, and to Bolton.
Flags will be flown at half-mast on public buildings across the borough and books of condolence will be opened shortly.
