Bolton Social Communication and Interaction Panel (BSCIP) review - survey
The NHS Bolton Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are reviewing the effectiveness and impact of the Bolton Autism Pathway and they would be grateful if you could complete their survey.
The autism diagnostic pathway was developed in 2019 and NHS Bolton CCG are looking to first survey partners who have responsibility to refer children and young people for consideration of an autism diagnosis.
The closing date for responses is Sunday, 13th March 2022.
They are also collating feedback from children, young people and their families on how the pathway has impacted them.
NHS Bolton CCG would be very grateful if those responsible for referring in to BSCIP could fill in this survey, it will take less than 10 minutes to complete. The responses will be used to consider amendments to the pathway and there is an option to be included in some more in depth shaping work for those who would like to. They would really like the responses to reflect the full experience of our referring colleagues no matter how experienced they are in using the pathway.
