Small Steps Parent Peer Support Group
Supported by MhiST, Mental Health Independent Support Team and Bolton Together.
A new support group run by MhiST, a parent/infant mental health service, along with Bolton Together has been established.
The group is for parents with children from birth to 2 years and will help provide peer support for those that might be finding parenting a challenge; who are lonely or finding it difficult to socialise; are suffering from postnatal depression.
The support group is available to any carer of a child, and their little ones (no creche available) – see poster for the full details.
