The ‘Review, Refresh and Renew your Childcare Business’ will be delivered by the RedKite Innovation’s business programme, in partnership with GMCA and the GM Business Growth Hub, funded by ERDF.

"The programme is targeted at childcare provider owners/managers who want to take review and refresh their business future"

The course will cover 4 elements:

1. Understanding yourself, your drivers, your leadership style, your business motivations and how to drive the business.
2. Understanding team motivation and well-being and building business culture and team resources, resilience and well-being;
3. Where is your childcare business after COVID-19 and how do you develop plans to build and grow the business? and
4. Developing your childcare business through proactive marketing and promotion lived to business values, ethos and culture.

There will be four 2.5-hour workshops, running 1:30pm - 4:00pm on a Tuesdays. Alongside the training, there will be 1-1 coaching support provided (4 hours).
