PPE for Childminders and standalone Out of School Settings (OOSS)
Bolton Start Well has been able to access emergency kits of PPE and face masks for all Bolton Childminders and Standalone OOSCs that have not received face masks directly from Government.
From Thursday 25th March you will have the opportunity to collect a PPE pack and masks from your local Start Well Centre. Please follow this link to identify your local Start Well Centre. Alternatively, please refer to this document.
Ahead of collecting the kits, please can you phone your local centre and give them your Ofsted registration number and then let them know which day you can collect your kit. They will then ensure it can be ready on the day that you want to collect it. You will be asked to quote your EY registration number on collection.
For OOSC, when you call to arrange collection, please leave your setting name and the name of the person who will collect the kit.
We understand that there are some areas of Bolton where you may not have access to a local Start Well Centre at this time. If you think you may need to make alternative arrangements, please email your details through to the Start Well Development & Commercial Team StartWellDevelopment&CommercialTeam@bolton.gov.uk with the email title ‘PPE for childminders and Standalone OOSC’ and someone will be in touch to see how they can support you.
