Communications from Tracy Fielding-Martin, TA4 - Green Fold School.
My name is Tracy and I have been working at Green Fold SEN Primary School for over 30 years.
I am a Level 4 Teaching Assistant teaching and leading within a classroom on a daily basis, along with the Assistant Head Teacher and also with a fantastic class team.
I also run monthly parent and carer group meetings as part of my role as Green Fold Parent Group Coordinator and I have been supporting SEND families whilst attending Start Well Centres at Tonge, Oxford Grove and also Farnworth Start Well and Young People's Centre, on a weekly basis.
Due to the worldwide pandemic last year all of my sessions obviously needed to stop. However, we still need to support children and families across Bolton, especially those children and families who are struggling during this difficult time and in particular those that require SEND support.
Jo Brown the Early Years High Needs Base Coordinator and The Orchards Nursery SENCO has been working closely with Green Fold School Staff to collate a wealth of information which you can find on the Bolton Start Well website.
