Citizen's Portal
The new Citizen's Portal is live which means Bolton families can now undertake their own eligibility checks online for 2 year old funded places.
Families can access the portal here.
The citizen's portal is very similar to the provider portal but is only for parents, they will log in and set up their own accounts.
Providers can still use the provider portal to do eligibility checks but we recognise that there are still barriers for some parents and so the Citizen's Portal is an additional way to check eligibility and will hopefully reach parents who either can't get to a centre to complete a check or are nervous about doing so.
Please continue to check documentation as you normally would, for example: spellings, dates of birth etc. to make sure that the data is accurate and doesn't affect headcount claims further down the line.
