Description
This is an introductory course designed for practitioners new to working in the EYFS and experienced practitioners who would like a refresher.
The aims of the course are to:
- Introduce the EYFS.
- Understand learning and development requirements.
- Have practical opportunities to explore assessment.
- Consider how the Safeguarding and Welfare requirements underpin practice.
Date
This course will take place over two sessions:
- Day 1: Tuesday 19th November 2024, 9:30am - 12:30pm, Harvey Start Well Centre
- Day 2: Wednesday 11th December 2024, 9:30am - 12:30pm, Harvey Start Well Centre

Who is this course for?
This is an introductory course for Bolton Daycare practitioners and Childminders new to working in the EYFS. It is also suitable for experienced practitioners who would like a refresher in the EYFS.
