Description |
Elaine began her career in early years and education in 1989 after achieving her NNEB qualification, working in nursery classes, nursery schools and reception classes. In 2015, Elaine returned to education at Edge Hill University, where she obtained a FdA in Early Years Practice (Distinction), BA (Hons) in Early Years Practice (First Class) and a PGCE in Further Education and Training (Distinction). This academic progression led her to a career in Further Education, initially as an Early Years Lecturer at Wigan and Leigh College, then as the Programme Leader for Early Years at Bolton College, eventually becoming the Curriculum Leader for the Early Years, Education and Social Sciences Department. |
