Sheron is an experienced early year practitioner, trainer, accredited moderator, education charity director and senior quality and outcomes consultant. Before joining us in Bolton, Sheron worked independently as Early Education Consultant across Greater Manchester providing support and challenge to settings and schools. Sheron has developed and delivered a wide range of professional development activities including co-writing a range of early years guidance materials, coaching new leaders and managers, leading projects within Sure Start local programmes, piloting communication development programmes and facilitating moderation events. |
